By viewing or downloading from this gallery, you agree to these terms. If your signed agreement with me says something different, your agreement takes priority.

Your license
I retain the copyright to all photos in this gallery. Unless your agreement states otherwise, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to download your photos and share them with family and friends, including online. Commercial use, resale, or use in advertising requires my written permission.

Credit and tagging
When you post your photos online, please tag Keith Alton Photo (@yourwedding.yourstory on Instagram) so people can find my work. This is a condition of sharing them publicly.

Editing
These photos are edited by hand, with intention, to carry a specific look and feel. Adding filters or editing them further changes that artistic intent, so please share them as delivered.

Prints
Prints are available through me, and I’d love to take care of them for you. Ordering through KAP means the color, paper, and quality match what I intended when I edited your images.

Gallery access and downloads
Your gallery stays online for 3 months after delivery. Please download your photos within that time, as I can’t guarantee they’ll be available afterward. Please don’t share your gallery link or password publicly. It’s meant for you and the people you choose.

Portfolio use
I may display images from your session in my portfolio and marketing.

Liability
I take care to deliver your photos safely, but I’m not responsible for loss or damage to files after download. Please back them up in more than one place.

Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the one that applies.
